ANZAC Day

Hello to the wonderful community we’ve met since opening our doors 16 months ago.

Tomorrow is an important day for Australia and we’re proud to be participating in the Anzac Day “Driveway at Dawn” initiative. We’re also proud of our partnership with Soldier On Australia and the amazing work they do in working side-by-side with those who serve and protect our country.

We’d love it if you could share what we’ve posted today on Facebook and Instagram about tomorrow’s ceremony. Even though the nature of how we celebrate Anzac Day has been forced to change because of COVID-19, we can still show our respect by commemorating at our homes.

And speaking of COVID-19, Gillian, Kate, Michele and I are exercising all precautions during these challenging times, following social distancing and other government requirements designed to keep us safe and save lives.

If you’re in the Canberra region and need anything picked up or dropped off, please call because we’re more than willing to help. We’re happy to do so with no contact. Already we’ve picked up and delivered scripts for clients, driven them to flu shots and picked up and delivered essential items (even toilet paper). It’s truly no trouble. The nature of our business means we’re out in the car nearly every day anyway.

On another front, over the last month, we’ve exchanged on five properties and are about to launch four in the coming weeks. Buyers are still out there, and sellers are still selling. However, putting your property on the market is an individual decision and right now might not be the best solution for everybody. We’re here to discuss your situation with you to help you make a confident and informed decision.
